A Hidden Resource in Plain Sight
Logistics centers generate massive daily volumes of residual biomass:
- End-of-life wooden pallets
- Cardboard and packaging
- Organic waste from food storage areas
- Dunnage wood and various packaging materials
These materials are currently considered costs — removal costs, treatment costs, landfill costs. With a Haffner Energy module installed on site, they become a local energy raw material, transformed into syngas, hydrogen, electrical and thermal energy — without transportation, without intermediaries, and without dependence on the grid.
On-Site Produced Hydrogen for the Fleet

Today, the hydrogen for these fleets is produced elsewhere, compressed, transported by tanker, and delivered on site — a costly, dependent, and emitting supply chain. A Haffner module on the warehouse site eliminates this chain entirely: hydrogen is produced locally from the site’s own waste, at less than €2/kg without subsidies.

A 2 MW Haffner C-iC module can be transported on ordinary roads, without exceptional convoy. It fits everywhere — warehouse access, peripheral industrial zones, rural areas. It installs in less than a month on an existing concrete slab, without foundations or building permits.
